Isaac Bruce to Retire
Isaac Bruce says that there's a 75% chance he'll retire after Sunday's game, after 16 seasons in the NFL.
It's hard to find words to describe what he's meant to St. Louis Rams fans, and to the game of football, but some of his impressive stats are:
1,024 career receptions (5th all time)
91 career reception TD's (9th all time)
15,208 career reception yards (2nd all time)
8 1,000-yard receiving seasons
4 Pro Bowls
and, of course...1 game-winning Superbowl catch
Farewell to one of the NFL greats, and a class act.
Thanks for the memories Ike.
Bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuce!

Steven Jackson: He's What's Right With Football
With my favorite team struggling the past couple of years (ok, ok I'm being generous) I have to agree with this great article I read on Yahoo! Sports. The only point I have a problem with is that "you'll never see Jackson give anything less than full effort" ....that's an understatement, he gives 150% every time he steps on the field. You're a class act @SJ39, and St. Louis is lucky to have you!
