Many people never got over Marc Bulger's replacing Kurt Warner as QB of the St. Louis Rams. With the teams struggles over the past few seasons, Marc has become everyone's favorite scapegoat. While I was, and still am a huge Kurt Warner fan, I don't feel that Bulger has been able to live up to his full potential behind a miserable O-line, and he's definately not the cause of the Rams' problems.
